What is the headphones price in nigeria for a high quality over-ear bluetooth model with active noise cancellation?
I work in a very noisy open-plan office and I commute daily using public transport. I desperately need a pair of over-ear Bluetooth headphones with excellent Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to help me focus and block out the generator noises and traffic sounds. I am looking at premium brands like Sony (specifically the WH-1000XM series) and Bose. What is the authentic headphones price in nigeria for these high-end models? Since they are so expensive, are there any mid-range alternatives like Soundcore or JBL that offer decent noise cancellation and deep bass at a more affordable price point? I want something with a battery life of at least 20 hours.

1 day agoFor premium active noise cancellation, the headphones price in nigeria reflects the pinnacle of audio technology. The Sony WH-1000XM5 and the Bose QuietComfort Ultra are currently the absolute best noise-canceling headphones in the world. A brand new Sony WH-1000XM5 currently costs between 450,000 and 550,000 Naira in Nigeria. These headphones will literally make a noisy generator or an airplane engine sound like a faint whisper, allowing you to focus entirely in your open-plan office. The battery life is phenomenal, offering up to 30 hours of continuous playback with ANC turned on. However, they are a massive financial investment. If you want the previous generation, the Sony WH-1000XM4 offers 95 percent of the same performance and can be found for around 350,000 Naira.

1 day agoIf the premium headphones price in nigeria is out of your budget, there are fantastic mid-range alternatives that deliver incredible value. The Soundcore by Anker Life Q30 or Space Q45 are legendary in the budget audio community. The Soundcore Space Q45 costs between 120,000 and 150,000 Naira. It features impressive Active Noise Cancellation that effectively blocks out traffic and office chatter, high-resolution audio, and a staggering 50-hour battery life. Another great option is the JBL Tune 760NC, which costs about 110,000 Naira. While the noise cancellation on these mid-range devices is not as magical as the 500k Sony models, it is more than sufficient for everyday commuting and office work. Do not buy cheap 20,000 Naira generic headphones claiming to have ANC; they just muffle the sound with tight ear pads, which is passive isolation, not true active noise cancellation.

1 day agoI bought the Soundcore Life Q30 for 85k last year. Best purchase I ever made. The noise cancellation is surprisingly good for the price, and the bass is heavy. I charge it once every two weeks despite using it daily.

1 day agoIf you wear glasses, make sure you try the headphones on before buying. Some headphones clamp so tightly on your head that they press the arms of your glasses into your skull, causing severe headaches after an hour of use.

1 day agoThe Sony XM5s are incredible, but they do not fold inwards like the older XM4s. They come in a massive carrying case that takes up half the space in your backpack. Keep that in mind if you travel light.
