Your reviews must reflect your genuine, firsthand experience with a brand, product, or service. Do not write reviews based on what you've heard from others or what you read in the news. PureWorks is built on real consumer experiences.
We encourage open discussion, but we do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language. Focus your critique on the product or service, not on personal attacks against employees or other community members.
You may not write reviews for your own business, your employer, your friends' businesses, or your competitors. If you have a financial or personal connection to a brand, you must refrain from reviewing it.
Do not post personal, private information in your reviews or questions. This includes full names of employees, private phone numbers, physical addresses of individuals, or sensitive financial information (like your account numbers).
PureWorks is not a billboard. Do not use reviews or questions to promote your own products, include affiliate links, or post discount codes. Content deemed primarily promotional will be removed.
A good review explains why you liked or disliked something. Instead of just saying "This bank is bad," explain "I had to wait 3 weeks for an ATM card and customer service was unresponsive." Details help other consumers make informed decisions.
Content that violates these rules will be removed. Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
