How many standard pieces usually come in one bundle, and roughly how many bundles will I need to cover a standard 12 by 12 feet room? Also, does the price of the wooden skeleton framing add a significant amount to the overall ceiling budget?

Each standard bundle contains exactly 10 pieces of PVC strips (usually 18 or 20 feet long each). To calculate your requirement for a standard 12 by 12 feet living room: A 12x12 room is 144 square feet. One bundle of standard PVC typically covers about 150 to 180 square feet depending on the width of the strips. Therefore, you will need roughly one to one-and-a-half bundles per standard room.
