I recently passed the interview stages for a mid-level engineering role at the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited – Abuja headquarters. Moving my family from Lagos to Abuja is a huge decision. I want to know about the internal corporate culture now that they have transitioned to a limited liability company. Is the career progression based on merit or still heavily bureaucratic? Also, how are the medical and pension benefits structured for staff? I need honest reviews from current or past employees before I accept the offer.
