What are the employee benefits and logistics challenges working at 11 Plc – Lagos?
Formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria, 11 Plc is a major player in the downstream and lubricants market. I am looking at a logistics management role at 11 Plc – Lagos, specifically handling their Apapa terminal operations. How does the company manage the terrible Apapa traffic for its staff? What is the overall employee welfare and bonus structure like?

21 hours ago11 Plc (formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria) retains the massive institutional structure of its American predecessor. Working in logistics management here is a heavy responsibility. The Apapa terminal is one of the busiest in West Africa. To mitigate the Apapa traffic nightmare, the company provides excellent logistical support for its staff, including dedicated staff buses and sometimes ferry options. The terminal itself operates with strict global safety and operational standards. You will be managing the movement of millions of liters of petroleum products daily. The pressure is high, but the operational processes are so well-documented that crises are rare.

21 hours agoThe employee benefits at 11 Plc are among the best in the downstream sector. They inherited the premium welfare structure from ExxonMobil. The salary is excellent, paid punctually on the 22nd of every month. The medical cover is top-tier, and the retirement benefits are massive. Annual bonuses are tied to company profitability, which is usually very high. The culture is slightly conservative and highly process-driven. It is an incredibly stable company; people rarely resign from 11 Plc. If you secure a role here, you have practically secured your financial future until retirement.

21 hours agoThe welfare package is amazing. They give generous leave allowances and the 13th-month salary is guaranteed. It is a very mature, stable environment. No sudden layoffs or toxic startup culture.
