Moniepoint POS is the undisputed king for merchants in Nigeria with instant dispute resolution

I run a busy pharmacy, and we process hundreds of card transactions daily. Over the years, I have used POS terminals from almost every commercial bank in Nigeria, and they all brought me tears. Network downtimes at the end of the month would cause me to lose customers. Then I switched to Moniepoint. The Moniepoint POS is a workhorse. The battery lasts for two full days, the network is incredibly stable because it roams between different telecom providers automatically, and the printout speed is fast. The best part of Moniepoint is the dashboard. If a customer is debited and the POS declines it, I can instantly check my merchant app and resolve the dispute on the spot without sending the customer to go and queue at their bank. It has restored total trust between my business and my customers.

Moniepoint has completely taken over the POS market. Every single supermarket and petrol station uses them now. Their dispute resolution is magical. You tap a button on the app, and the money drops back into the customer account.

The battery life on the new blue Android Moniepoint terminals is incredible. I charge it once, and it prints receipts for two straight days without dying. Perfect for areas with bad NEPA.

The only issue with Moniepoint is their strict daily targets. If you do not meet a certain transaction volume as a merchant, they will come and retrieve their POS machine from you without warning.

I use both Moniepoint and Opay POS in my shop. Moniepoint is slightly faster at printing receipts, but Opay has slightly lower transaction charges for the merchant. They are both excellent tools.

Their customer support agents are actually reachable. I called their helpline when my terminal paper roller jammed, and they sent a field agent to my shop the very next day to replace the machine entirely. Brilliant service.
